Notes on accessibility:
At the wiggle room providing an inclusive space is our top priority but unfortunately our current location is in a building with two large flights of stairs; one to get into the venue and one to go upstairs to the washrooms. Our venue is also a bit small creating many tight spaces. with this being said we have accommodated different mobility devices including wheelchairs and found the perfect spaces in the room for people with their service animals! Please email us in advance with your accommodation needs before purchasing tickets. we will do our best to ensure a comfortable spot for you and inform you about the space.

Do I need to buy tickets online to attend a show at The Wiggle Room or can I buy tickets at the door?
Most of our tickets are exclusively sold online. If a show is sold out online, you can reach out to us via email to inquire about possibly buying tickets in person and/or being added to our waitlist. However, we highly recommend making an online reservation as early as two weeks in advance as our shows tend to sell out quickly.
how do i make a reservation?
Ticket purchase ensures a reservation. You are not required to reserve your spot over the phone or by email. If your group purchased separately we will need a list of names at least 48 hours in advance once tickets are purchased so we know to seat your group together.

What time does the show start?
All regular shows begin at 8:00pm! Double Features (Early or Late shows) show times vary. Check ticket for more info.

Do you serve food?
No, just delicious cocktails.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?
We cannot exchange tickets under any circumstances. Tickets must be repurchased if you would like to come to a different show. No refunds.

Something has come up and I can’t attend a show I’ve purchased tickets to. Can I get a refund/exchange?
Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund (see our refund policy above). If you find you’re unable to attend a show, we kindly ask that you send us an email at wiggleroommtl@gmail.com or message us on our social media @wiggleroommtl informing us of the change.
group seating and buying multiple groups:
our group sizes for friday and saturday go from single tickets to groups of 2,3,6 & 8; these are intentional due to the room format and seating arrangements. You might have a group size that does not match these or its possible we have sold the group you are interested in. we have a solution for you! all you need to do is purchase any combination of groups to suit your needs all under one name.
If your group purchased under one transaction/name you do not need to contact us with names, however if your group purchased under separate names we will need a list of names at least 48 hours in advance so we know to seat your group together.
these rules do not apply to Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday since it is first come first serve seating! this means if you have specific seats or a big group you need to accomodate for come as early as you can to the door time so grab some seats!
How many tickets do I need to buy?
We sell group tickets for Friday and Saturday; the group size on your ticket indicates the number of seats you will purchase (one “Group of 2” ticket gives you 2 seats, two “Group of 2” tickets give you 4 seats, one “Group of 6” tickets gives you 6 seats, etc.) You can purchase multiple groups in one transaction if you need to!
I Would like to sit near the front?
We don’t guarantee specific places, as our pre-arranged seating chart depends largely on group sizes for that specific evening. Please respect our system and understand that you won’t always get the table that you want.
If I show up at 8pm will my table still be reserved?
Yes, but we ask that your group arrives no later, as latecomers are at risk of having their table given away (should we be very busy that night and have people on a waitlist) so the show can start on time. If you find yourselves running late, we ask that you please let us know by phone, email or social media message and we’ll make sure to hold onto your reservation.
